 Synopsis

The illusionists known as the four horsemen find themselves in trouble in Macau, China after fleeing from a stage show. Walter Mabry, a devious tech wizard then forces them to steal a powerful chip which can control the world’s computers. However, a vengeful FBI agent, Dylan Rhodes, hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley, whom he blames for the death of his father

Review: Another one that slipped me by. I was very intent on watching this sequel however, it just didn’t work out. But I have to say, Mark Ruffalo certainly has more action sequences here which thankfully, are not CGI related (That stint would come in Thor: Ragnarok a year later). The movie packs in more than its predecessor and adds more star power in Daniel Radcliffe, but no magic with wands though and you can’t go wrong with Morgan Freeman. A few twists and turns in the movie, one rather riveting sequence in the second of the series, with a third movie expected in 2022, depending on current events in this pandemic
