Review: To be honest, I was not expecting Will Smith’s sudden “Nigerian” accent. I have watched a lot of his movies and become accustomed to his voice, to the point where it is expected, like in Bad Boys For Life. After pulling myself away from another newly released episode of Attack on Titan which gave me chills (in a good way), movies based on true stories / real life events usually get my attention. However, I watched the entire Ballers series and realised that if you’re going up against a franchise like the NFL, it would be better as story telling not limited by a movie which has invited controversies. But still worth watching if you’re a Will Smith fan.
